The prep stepper is used by my nephew who plays both baseball and basketball, and it’s honestly been a game-changer. He used to be flat-footed a lot, especially when reacting to plays on defense. After just a few weeks of using it, his movement looks completely different—lighter on his feet, quicker reactions, and just overall more balanced.

His baseball coach noticed right away that he’s in a better defensive stance and not getting caught flat-footed. And in basketball, he’s staying lower and moving side-to-side way more efficiently. It’s crazy how such a simple tool makes such a big impact.

I bought this product a few months ago and for an amazing price. I bought this Prep Stepper for both my 11 and my 13 year old. It definitely has helped them maintain and improve balance and coordination. After 6 months of using this product, I can say that my kids love the Prep Stepper. We have all 3 colors.
