Over more than 15 years of coaching and working alongside athletes of all ages and skill levels, one lesson became impossible to ignore: the athletes who consistently perform at the highest level all share one common trait—a strong athletic foundation built on balance, posture, and exceptional footwork. From youth sports to high school, college, and the professional level, great footwork is the foundation that allows every other skill to develop.
That realization led to the creation of the Prep Stepper—not as a shortcut, but as a training tool designed to help athletes build the same athletic foundation seen in the game’s best players. What began as countless hours on the field has grown into EXZEL Sports: a mission dedicated to developing athletes, supporting families, and continuing to innovate for the next generation.
